Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Place chicken in the baking dish and top with broccoli, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour heavy cream over the chicken and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
  • Substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • Pairs well with mashed cauliflower or a side salad.
