- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and top with broccoli, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
- Substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Pairs well with mashed cauliflower or a side salad.
