  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
