  • ½ onion, diced
  • 10 oz refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into pieces
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups prepared country gravy

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook sausage and onions in butter until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Layer biscuit pieces in the baking dish, then add sausage mixture.
