Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)

1 1/2 cups pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups cooked chicken or beef sausage, crumbled (or pepperoni slices)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (optional)

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
