  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)

  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken or beef sausage, crumbled (or pepperoni slices)

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (optional)

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and place them evenly in the baking dish.

  • Pour pizza sauce over biscuit pieces and toss gently to coat.

  • Sprinkle sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning over the biscuits.

  • Spread shredded cheese evenly on top.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
