Description

This Berry Croissant Bake is a sweet, buttery breakfast casserole filled with flaky croissants, fresh berries, and a rich custard. It’s easy to prepare, perfect for brunch, and can be made ahead for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants (torn into pieces)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread croissant pieces evenly in the dish and top with berries.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over croissants and berries, pressing lightly to soak.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or overnight).
  • Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with syrup.

Notes
