Ingredients
For the Beef and Pepper Filling:

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Sauce:

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 tsp brown sugar

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
For Serving:

2 cups cooked white or brown rice

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Prepare Ingredients: Slice beef thinly against the grain, slice bell peppers and onions, mince garlic, and grate ginger.

Make Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Cook Beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Combine: Return beef to skillet. Pour sauce over beef and veggies. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to coat.

Serve: Serve over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
