For the Salmon:
- 1 lb salmon, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss with cornstarch.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Toss salmon in the sauce or drizzle on top before serving.
- Enjoy with rice, in tacos, or as an appetizer!
