For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
For Assembly:
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or coleslaw
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bread the Chicken: Coat each piece in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, garlic powder, and sriracha.
- Coat the Chicken: Toss the crispy chicken in the Bang Bang sauce until fully coated.
- Assemble the Sliders: Toast the slider buns, add shredded lettuce, and place the coated chicken on top. Garnish with green onions.
- Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately with extra Bang Bang sauce on the side.

- For a healthier version, bake or air-fry the chicken instead of frying.
- Adjust the sriracha for a milder or spicier sauce.
