Description

Juicy chicken pieces marinated in warm spices, grilled or air-fried to perfection, and smothered in a creamy, spicy, sweet bang bang sauce. A quick, flavorful dinner recipe the whole family will love.

For the Chicken:

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs (or breasts), cubed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

  • ¼ cup Sriracha (adjust to taste)


Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with oil, spices, and honey.

  • Mix the bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth; divide into two portions.

  • Thread chicken onto soaked skewers and brush with half the sauce.

  • Grill 15–20 mins or air fry at 400°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.

  • Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for juicier results.

  • Adjust Sriracha for preferred spice level.

  • Let chicken rest before serving.
