Ingredients
For the Chicken:

1½–2 lbs chicken thighs (or breasts), cubed

2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

¼ cup Sriracha (adjust to taste)
Instructions

Marinate the chicken with oil, spices, and honey.

Mix the bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth; divide into two portions.

Thread chicken onto soaked skewers and brush with half the sauce.

Grill 15–20 mins or air fry at 400°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
