Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat or light)

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (sugar-free for keto)

  • 12 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free honey substitute

  • Salt, to taste


Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.

  • Mix all Bang Bang sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  • Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.

  • Brush lightly with Bang Bang sauce.

  • Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Drizzle with more sauce, garnish as desired, and serve hot.

  • Use chicken thighs for the best texture.

  • Adjust spice level by modifying Sriracha amount.
