These Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and coated in a spicy-sweet sauce that’s impossible to resist. Cooked in the air fryer or oven, they’re perfect for weeknight dinners, parties, or meal prep. Halal-friendly and easy to customize!
Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

Bang Bang Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat or light)

¼ cup sweet chili sauce (sugar-free for keto)

1–2 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp honey or sugar-free honey substitute

Salt, to taste
Instructions

Marinate chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.

Mix all Bang Bang sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.

Brush lightly with Bang Bang sauce.

Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
