Description
This no-bake treat combines the nostalgic flavor of banana pudding with the chewy crunch of classic Rice Krispie treats. Featuring vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, and a gooey marshmallow base, these bars are perfect for parties, potlucks, or anytime you need a quick and satisfying dessert.
Ingredients

4½ cups Rice Krispies cereal

24 vanilla wafer cookies (14 for mixing, 10 for topping)

4 tbsp salted butter

10 oz marshmallows

1.7 oz (½ box) instant banana pudding mix
For the Optional Vanilla Glaze:

⅓ cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp heavy cream or milk

½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Grease an 8-inch square pan and large mixing bowl.

Add Rice Krispies and crushed 14 vanilla wafers to the bowl.

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and pudding mix. Stir until 75% melted, then remove from heat and continue stirring until smooth.

Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir until coated.

Press mixture into prepared pan. Top with the remaining crushed vanilla wafers. Let set for 30 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over treats (optional). Let glaze set for 30 more minutes before slicing.

Use instant banana pudding mix (not cook-and-serve).

Lightly grease your spatula to prevent sticking.
