Ingredients

1 lb (500g) chicken thighs, deboned, skin-on

2 tablespoons honey

1.5 tablespoons soy sauce

3 dashes cayenne pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (207°C).

Rub minced garlic all over chicken thighs.

Add honey, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Place on foil-lined baking sheet and marinate in place for 10–15 minutes.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
