Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) chicken thighs, deboned, skin-on

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper

  • 1 big pinch of salt

  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

  • Lime wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (207°C).

  • Rub minced garlic all over chicken thighs.

  • Add honey, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

  • Place on foil-lined baking sheet and marinate in place for 10–15 minutes.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Spoon sauce over chicken and broil for 1–2 minutes for crispy skin.

  • Garnish with parsley and lime wedges before serving.
