Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups diced apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or preferred variety)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  • Gradually mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
