Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Prepare apple filling by mixing diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Make crisp topping by combining oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Assemble the bites by pressing crescent roll dough squares into the muffin tin cups. Fill each with apple mixture and top with the oat crumble.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then remove from the muffin tin. Serve with caramel drizzle or whipped cream if desired.
