Ingredients

  • For the Crust: 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • For the Crisp Topping: ½ cup rolled oats, ⅓ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup melted butter, ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Prepare apple filling by mixing diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Make crisp topping by combining oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Assemble the bites by pressing crescent roll dough squares into the muffin tin cups. Fill each with apple mixture and top with the oat crumble.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
