Description
These air fryer garlic herb chicken skewers are juicy, flavorful, and quick to make. Spiced chicken is air-fried to golden perfection and finished with a rich garlic herb butter glaze. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or entertaining.
Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

¼ tsp turmeric
-
1 tsp kosher salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp avocado oil
For the Garlic Herb Butter:

1 stick unsalted butter
-
6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, combine all marinade spices with avocado oil. Toss chicken to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey and parsley. Set aside.

Soak wooden skewers (if using). Thread chicken onto skewers.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Line basket with parchment.

Cook skewers for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6–8 minutes or until internal temp is 165°F.

Brush skewers with garlic herb butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Can be made ahead by marinating chicken up to 24 hours in advance.
