Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or oregano)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

Mix chili powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Pound chicken to even thickness if needed.

Rub both sides of chicken with olive oil, then coat with spice mix.

Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8–10 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
