Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or oregano)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

  • Mix chili powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  • Pound chicken to even thickness if needed.

  • Rub both sides of chicken with olive oil, then coat with spice mix.

  • Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8–10 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, increase temp to 400°F during the last 2 minutes.

  • Adjust spices for a spicier or milder version.
