Description

A quick, crispy, and flavorful air fryer cauliflower recipe coated in garlic Parmesan butter. It’s the perfect veggie side or snack in just 20 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (about 4 cups), chopped

  • Spray oil (olive or avocado)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes.

  • Spray cauliflower and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Air fry for 8 minutes, shake, and cook another 5–7 minutes until crispy.

  • Melt butter and stir in Parmesan to form a sauce.

  • Toss hot cauliflower in garlic Parmesan butter and serve warm.

Notes

  • Dry cauliflower thoroughly before air frying for maximum crisp.

  • Use fine, powdery Parmesan for better coating.

  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for best texture.
