Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower (about 4 cups), chopped

Spray oil (olive or avocado)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp salted butter

¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes.

Spray cauliflower and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Air fry for 8 minutes, shake, and cook another 5–7 minutes until crispy.

Melt butter and stir in Parmesan to form a sauce.
