Ingredients
For the Apple Fries:

3 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled, cored, and sliced into wedges

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup caramel sauce or vanilla yogurt

Instructions

Prepare the Apples: Peel, core, and slice apples into wedges. Pat dry with paper towels.

Set Up Breading Stations:

Bowl 1: All-purpose flour.

Bowl 2: Beaten eggs.

Bowl 3: Mix breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.

Coat the Apple Fries: Dredge slices in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange apple slices in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
