For the Apple Fries:

  • 3 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled, cored, and sliced into wedges

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce or vanilla yogurt

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Apples: Peel, core, and slice apples into wedges. Pat dry with paper towels.

  • Set Up Breading Stations:

    • Bowl 1: All-purpose flour.

    • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs.

    • Bowl 3: Mix breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.

  • Coat the Apple Fries: Dredge slices in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

  • Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange apple slices in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Serve: Serve warm with caramel sauce or vanilla yogurt. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
